About the role
Clinical trials generate vast amounts of complex data that require expert interpretation. You'll deploy our AI systems to accelerate medical review, adverse event detection, and regulatory submissions - directly impacting drug development timelines.
What you'll do
- Partner with clinical trial sponsors to understand workflows and requirements
- Customize and deploy Engram systems for clinical research applications
- Build domain-specific reasoning capabilities for medical data
- Develop evaluation frameworks for clinical AI performance
- Iterate rapidly based on user feedback and performance metrics
Requirements
- PhD or MS in ML, computational biology, or related field
- 3+ years experience deploying ML systems in healthcare/life sciences
- Understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements
- Strong Python skills and experience with ML frameworks
- Excellent communication skills for working with non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have
- Experience with NLP for medical literature or clinical text
- Familiarity with CDISC standards and regulatory submissions
- Background in pharmacovigilance or drug safety
